Orders are processed within 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed after 2PM Local Time on a business day or on weekends/holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Processing times may vary during peak seasons or promotional events.

2. Shipping methods and costs

Standard shipping is free for orders shipped within the United States. Estimated delivery is 5–7 business days after processing. Any additional shipping options and their charges, when available, are displayed at checkout before payment.

3. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations unless specified.
Certain products may be restricted from shipping to specific regions due to regulatory requirements.

4. Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website using the provided tracking number.

If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 1 day of the expected delivery date.
We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, when applicable, arrange for a replacement or refund.

7. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete at the time of checkout.
Orders shipped to an incorrect or undeliverable address may be returned to us by the carrier. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

For orders shipped outside the USA, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country.
Delivery times for international orders may vary due to customs clearance processes.
